Tomakin is situated amongst the unspoilt beaches and waterways of the beautiful south coast of NSW, between the townships of Batemans Bay and Moruya. Tomakin and the surrounding area of Broulee, Mossy Point and Barlings Beach are perfect for a day on the beach, snorkelling, kayaking or fishing. Take a walk around Broulee Island, or up to Melville Point at Tomakin and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the area.
MOGO ZOO
Mogo Zoo is a privately owned zoo situated in the picturesque and historic gold mining village of Mogo. Mogo Zoo is committed to survival of endangered animals and provides for over 200 animals, of which 42 are rare and exotic species, including the White Lions of ‘Timbavati’.
OLD MOGO TOWN GOLD RUSH THEME PARK
Old Mogo Town is a reconstructed village depicting life in the Gold Rush days of the 1850’s. Pan for real gold, visit the antique machinery shed, get a ‘wanted’ picture taken by our in-house photographer, check out authentic buildings and static displays, and listen to the on–site working rock crusher.
